When I checked my phone the restaurant had called approximately 10 minutes before the reservation and I didn’t hear the ring because we were parking the car at that moment. Yet we had a reservation? It was 45 degrees out and they don’t provide heat lamps at the outside tables like the other restaurants in walking distance. There were two empty spaced two tops inside with no one waiting. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told that they had tried to call us and that there was no inside seating and that we would have to sit outside or now wait one hour. we reserved a table thru their system with a 45 minute advance and requested an inside table. This last experience happened yesterday when we decided to give them a second try. The food was good but it was a cluster getting served. I didn’t understand as they offer single glass pores on the exact bottles of wine we wanted. The server also tried to charge us a $15 cork fee for ordering a full bottle of wine from their own wine list so we declined and ordered glasses. Other staff ended up delivering food and apologizing. ![]() The sever forgot to bring drinks, knew little about the menu, forgot parts of our orders and we had to ask several times for things we ordered. times etc however this experience was not good. We are pretty patient group, understand Covid has effected service. First one was weeks earlier when we had a server who was very inexperienced. I’m writing this review as this was the second bad experience at this place and I felt it deserved a review.
